We are both an “Inspector” for the SC Safe Home Program, as well as a “Contractor”, so we can help you through the SC Safe Home process from start to finish. We should be your first phone call after you submit your application in their online portal, at which point we will come out to perform the field inspection to determine if your home qualifies for the program. The home has to be your primary, you must have homeowners’ insurance (and flood insurance if it’s required) and your roof must be aged or in disrepair. If you meet those requirements then yes, you will qualify for up to $7,500 for your re-roof project.

Do you use magnets to pick up nails after you replace our roof?

Yes, towards the end of the day when we are finishing up with your re-roof, we have a cleanup crew that uses magnets and is extremely diligent in their effort to leave your property spotless. But we are not perfect, so we always encourage and invite our customers to let us know if any additional cleanup is needed at any point after the crew leaves. When it is requested, we will always be there within 24 hours, usually same-day, to do any additional cleanup that you request.
